Our Service Plans delineate a cleaning schedule for your gutter system to prevent clogging, sagging, leaks and damage to your home. When you select a service plan, you’ll also receive a few great benefits for being a Premium or Premiere customer. Contact us for pricing.

Premium Service Plan

The Premium Service Plan provides comprehensive gutter coverage throughout the course of a year. Our Premium schedule includes the following 6 (six) cleanings during a 12 month period:

LATE WINTER (MARCH): Your gutter system should be cleaned and inspected in March. Heavy snow, expanding ice and winter debris can clog, and even damage your gutters. We’ll be sure to have them serviced before springtime showers!

SPRING (MAY): In late spring and early summer, tree seed pods and flower buds fall from above, and can easily clog your gutters. We will clean all debris from the gutter to prevent clogs in mid-spring!

SUMMER (JULY-AUGUST): Mid-summer thunderstorms can do a lot of damage to your home’s gutters, and the debris from these storms can block rainwater flow. Make sure you clean your gutters and leaders every August! 

FALL CLEANINGS (OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER): Autumn leaves fall steady from October through December. Price Contracting recommends regular fall cleanings to prevent accumulation of debris before winter. We recommend a cleaning every three weeks starting in October. We’ll come to clear the gutters completely three times so your gutters will be clog free before ice and snow come.

When you choose our Premium Service Plan, you become a priority customer of Price Contracting. This means you will receive our most competitive gutter cleaning prices. Additionally, the Premium Service Plan comes with great free benefits: 

  • Priority scheduling, upon your request and weather permitting.

  • Same day/next day emergency service at no additional cost, weather and other scheduling conditions permitting.

  • Additional charges like re-hanging or straightening gutters are free of charge (a savings of $35 to you per service, $210 per year). 

  • 10% off of New Gutter Installations & Repairs, as well as underground downspout clearing and spotlight bulb installation.

Premiere Service Plan

The Premiere Service Plan is a great way to protect your gutters and home. Our Premiere schedule gives you basic coverage and includes four (4) cleanings during a 12 month period (late winter, summer and two fall cleanings. ) Additionally, for being a Premiere customer of Price Contracting, you’ll get:

  • Free Priority service during our peak seasons, weather permitting.  

  • Next day emergency service at no additional cost, weather permitting (not including November and December). 

  • Additional charges like like re-hanging or straightening gutters are free of charge (a savings of $35 to you per service, $140 per year). 

  • 10% off of New Gutter Installations & Repairs, as well as underground downspout clearing and spotlight bulb installation.
